Message from the CEO

Canadian Solar Asset Management K.K. was established in 2016 as the asset management arm of the globally operating Canadian Solar Group. We are responsible for managing the assets of Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (CSIF), which is listed on the Infrastructure Fund Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Our core mission is to deliver stable returns to our investors and to remain a trusted asset manager over the long term.

Renewable energy is a vital form of infrastructure in addressing global challenges such as climate change and energy security. Through the investment and management of these assets, we strive to achieve both stable income generation and the creation of social value for our investors.

Guided by an investment strategy that prioritizes the essential nature of the assets we manage, we are continuously enhancing our operational capabilities to generate long-term value. In managing power plant operations, we work in close collaboration with Canadian Solar Group’s O&M companies, while also cultivating a team of highly skilled professionals in-house to ensure stable and sustained performance. Our Finance and Accounting Department is led by experienced experts who uphold a high standard of transparency and reliability.

Looking ahead, we will continue to deepen our engagement with investors and collaborate closely with partners, financial institutions, government agencies, and local communities. Together, we aim to contribute to the advancement of sustainable energy infrastructure and create greater value for all stakeholders.

We remain fully committed to our continued growth and sincerely appreciate your ongoing support and guidance.
